1. SHIPPING WITH HERBAY

We currently offer shipping to Canada, the United States, and selected international destinations.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS ACROSS CANADA.

There is no minimum purchase requirement for free standard shipping within Canada.

United States 🇺🇸

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $150 CAD OR MORE.

Orders below the free-shipping threshold may be subject to a shipping charge calculated at checkout.

Europe 🇪🇺

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $250 CAD OR MORE.

Orders below the free-shipping threshold may be subject to a shipping charge calculated at checkout.

Shipping availability and charges may vary depending on the destination.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed after payment has been successfully received.

We make reasonable efforts to process orders promptly. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, holidays, promotions, or other circumstances.

Orders may not be processed or shipped on weekends or statutory holidays.

3. SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and other circumstances.

Typical delivery times may vary by location.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

Labour disruptions
Transportation delays
Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, carrier-related delays are outside Herbay's direct control.

4. TRACKING

Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided to the customer after the order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and ensuring that someone is available to receive the package where required.

5. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Herbay is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, lost packages, or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

6. LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or damaged during transportation, please contact us.

We may request information such as:

Order number
Tracking number
Photographs of damaged packaging or products
Description of the issue
Other information reasonably necessary to investigate the claim

Where appropriate, we may work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

7. DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide photographs of the product and packaging when possible so that we can assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution.

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Herbay does not control the customs policies or import regulations of other countries.

Customers are responsible for determining whether saffron and other products ordered from Herbay may legally be imported into their destination country.

Customs clearance may cause additional delays.

Herbay is not responsible for delays, refusal of entry, seizure, destruction, or additional charges resulting from the laws, regulations, or customs procedures of the destination country.

9. FREE SHIPPING

Free-shipping promotions apply only to eligible destinations and orders meeting the applicable requirements displayed on our website.

The current general free-shipping thresholds are:

Canada: Free shipping on all orders.

United States: Free shipping on orders of $150 CAD or more.

Europe: Free shipping on orders of $250 CAD or more.

Promotional shipping offers may have additional terms and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

If a specific promotion provides different shipping terms, the terms displayed with that promotion will apply.

10. LOCAL DELIVERY

Where Herbay offers local delivery separately from standard shipping, availability, delivery dates, and delivery arrangements may depend on the customer's location.

Local delivery options and terms will be communicated to the customer when applicable.

11. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

A shipment may be considered delivered when the applicable shipping carrier records the package as delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first check the delivery location, mailbox, building reception, household members, neighbours, and any safe-delivery location indicated by the carrier.

Customers should also contact the shipping carrier using the applicable tracking information.

Herbay will make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery investigations where appropriate.

12. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to restrict or refuse shipment to certain locations where shipping is unavailable, prohibited, unsafe, or otherwise impractical.

Certain products may also be subject to destination-specific restrictions.
